How to make an appointment with a Doctor:

diaryThere are two types of appointments, advanced booking up to a week in the future and same-day appointments.

You can book an appointment in the following ways:-

  1. Telephone the surgery or if convenient, ask at Reception.
  2. An appointment will be offered within one working day, wherever possible with your choice of Doctor.
  3. You may consult any of the Doctors within the practice.
  4. Please book a separate appointment for each person attending.
  5. If you cannot keep your appointment, please let us know.
  6. There are some healthcare problems that maybe dealt with more appropriately by other members of our healthcare team. This can save waiting time and be more convenient to patients.
  7. If an appointment cannot be offered by a receptionist, you may be contacted by a Triage Nurse who will ensure you are seen as quickly as necessary.
