- To acheive this we welcome both praise when we do things well, but also constructive criticism, comments and suggestions when things don't go so well.
- As a surgery we welcome feedback, verbally or in writting to the Business Manager. You can either do this by writing to the Business Manager either by email at Michelle.Slimm@nhs.net or via the comments and suggestions link which is located on the surgery website under the 'contact us' page. Alternatively you can forward your feedback via post to the following address: Business Manager, Riverside Surgery, Barnard Avenue, Brigg, DN20 8AS.
- Riverside Surgery also has suggestions boxes and forms in the reception area at both the Riverside and Broughton branch. The boxes are checked and emptied on a regular basis and completed forms are reviewed by the Managers.
You will not be contacted routinely with your results.
If you do ring for results, your contact details will be taken and then called back by the Urgent Care Team later in the day.
Receptionists are not allowed to give out results without first checking with a doctor. Certain results, because of their confidential nature, are not given over the phone.
Results may only be given to the patient directly to maintain confidentiality.
